How to activate an eSim

Open the email we sent you on a different device than the one you’ll use for your eSIM installation. Inside, you’ll find your unique QR code.

Didn’t get the email yet? No worries — just reach out to our support team and we’ll resend it right away.

On your iPhone, open the camera and scan the QR code from the email.

Alternatively, you can go to Settings → Mobile Data → Add Data Plan and scan the code directly from there.

Once you scan the QR code, your iPhone will automatically begin the setup process.
