Termes et Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between TravelSIM24, a brand of Living Robotics Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”), and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) using the TravelSIM24 data plans. By purchasing a TravelSIM24 data plan, the Customer agrees to these Terms.


2. Subject of the Contract

The Provider offers the Customer a TravelSIM24 data plan, enabling the Customer to use mobile data abroad without incurring roaming fees. Details of the services, including data volume, validity period, and supported countries, are specified in the product description.


3. Formation of Contract

The contract is concluded when the Customer accepts the Provider’s offer by clicking the “Buy Now” button. The Provider confirms the contract by sending a confirmation email to the Customer’s specified email address.


4. Prices & Payment

All prices include applicable taxes. Payment is made using the methods indicated during the checkout process. The Provider reserves the right to modify the available payment methods at any time.


5. Delivery & Activation

After successful payment, the Customer will receive the TravelSIM24 details via email. Activation is completed by scanning the provided QR code or manually entering the provided data.


6. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, the right of withdrawal expires if the Customer activates the TravelSIM24 before the end of the withdrawal period.


7. Liability

The Provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Liability for indirect damages or lost profits is excluded.


8. Data Protection

The Provider is committed to protecting the Customer’s personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and will use it solely for contract processing purposes.


9. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. The place of jurisdiction is the United Kingdom. Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
